2017 Ag Hall Tractor Cruise -- May 6, 2017
Wow! What a ride. The Greater Kansas City Two Cylinder Club held their annual Ag
Hall Tractor Cruise on Saturday, May 6, 2017 with beautiful weather. The 35
tractor cruise started at the National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame and
ended at the same place around 4:15 p. m. for a barbeque dinner and awards
program. The 30-mile ride took the group through the Marble Days Parade in
Bonner Springs, a break at the Nuts and Bolts Hardware store, a long ride to the
Wyandotte County Lake for a ham and bean lunch, then to Cabela’s for an
afternoon break, and nally back to the Ag Hall. It appears the rollback truck
provided by Overland Tow was busy, with three unnamed haul backs. Thanks to the
Wyandotte County Sheriffs Department for a safe ride — we couldn’t have done it
without them. Also, a big thank you to the people who sent us off on a wonderful
ride and fed us when we got back. It was said by one driver that this was the
most organized cruise he had been on --- thanks to Don, Frank and Joe.
