Western Farm Show - Feb. 20-22, 2015


The Western Farm Show was open to the public on Fri.-Sun., February 20-22, 2015 in the American Royal Complex, Kansas City, MO. On Friday, the majority of the crowd was FFA students from different high schools in the area. The FFA students from Kansas and Missouri had a challenge of who could bring in the most canned goods for Harvesters—the Missouri group won. Even though the weather was in question a good turnout was had during all three days. Our display consisted of three tractors: JD 60, Dan Hanna, JD 50 George Reed, and JD 40T, Jan Garber along with a variety of toys (Richard Thompson), a plowing video, and pictures/quilts displays. Many people expressed an interest in the display as it brought back memories. Thanks to everyone who helped with the display. This is just one of the fun activities the club does each year----come join us.
