GKCTCC Meeting and White Elephant Auction

The GKCTCC met for the last meeting of the year on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at the Kenny Read’s farm.  Thanks to Kenny and Portia for hosting the meeting with many great snacks provided by the group.  Many unique John Deere tractors were available for viewing.  Major topics covered during the meeting included:  (1) Approval of June meeting minutes, (2) Financial report, (3) Donations to Ag. Hall and Harvesters, (4) 2014 Ag Hall Tractor Cruise date, (5) Western Farm Show display, (6) meeting locations for 2014, (7) 2014 Slate of club officers, (8) Club buttons for 2014, (9) Tech meeting in January and (10) Raffle drawing.  Following a short break, Bary Porter and Wes Storm worked the white elephant auction that contained many items some people didn’t need and others couldn’t do without.  Over all it was a great meeting in a great setting with ideal weather.
