November Meeting and White Elephant Auction -- November 1, 2015, 2 PM

The Club Board has agreed to host the November 1, 2015 meeting and white elephant auction at 2:00 PM in Adrian, MO (Frontier Village show grounds). Desserts and snacks are welcome for consumption during the auction. Major topics to be discussed will include: approval of the June meeting minutes, financial report, establishment of a 2016 Budget committee, election of a slate of club officers for 2016, Western Farm Show display, Annual Ag. Hall Tractor Cruise, and more. The raffle drawing will also be a highlight of the meeting. Members wanting to donate items for the auction are welcome to do so. The auction is a fund raiser for the club, so look around and see what you could do without and bring it along. Just remember -- “someone’s junk may be another person’s treasure”. Nice things are also wanted for the auction.
