Plow Day 2016 -- Nov. 5th, 2016

A plow day organized by Lloyd Mesmer was held on Nov. 5th, southwest of Bonner Springs, Kansas. The weather was great with 8 tractors showing up around 9:00 a.m. to turn the soil. A number of spectators watched as the tractors began to turn over thirty eight acres. Drivers enjoying the day included Lloyd Mesmer (JD 620), Bob Antes (JD 630), Don Hrabik (JD 430W), Wes Storm (JD G), Earl Miller (630 Case), Ron Brittain (IH 1206), Jan Garber (Ford), and Stan Tracz (JD M). Even a few friends and spectators joined in on the plowing using Don’s and Bob’s tractors. Lunch was enjoyed at Papa Bob’s BBQ in Kansas City, KS (Roscoe’s is closed on Saturday).
