Maryville Mo Heart of America Tractor  Cruise

On Sat, June 18, 2011, the East Side Tractor Boys ventured out again to Maryville, Mo. for the Heart of America Tractor Cruise which included around 200 tractors.  The weather was a concern at the beginning but ended up being pleasant later in the day. Club members attending included: Bob Antes (JD 630), Dan Hanna (Farmall Super H), Phil Addison (JD 420), Trevor Bedford (JD A), and Glenn Ratliff (JD B).  Phil Addison spent the day overseeing the making of home made ice cream because his tractor was drowned out from the rain.  Trevor’s JD A stalled in the afternoon but a service truck provided him with a coil that allowed him to continue.  Very heavy rain and winds made driving to Maryville a challenge but it stopped raining within the first hour on the cruise which made for a very good ride.
